Establish the right structural direction.
During Design Development, we collaborate with the architect and project team to understand the building, loading, geometry, site conditions, and construction priorities. Structural-system studies, preliminary sizing, coordination input, and design-development documents help establish practical concepts early enough to influence the project.

Translate design intent into coordinated information.
During Construction Documents, B.N.R. develops Revit-based structural information for foundations, framing, wall systems, elevations, and details required for permitting, pricing, coordination, and construction. Comprehensive documents provide the contractor and specialty fabricators with a clearer basis for their work.

Stay responsive when the project reaches the field.
During Construction Administration, we review relevant shop drawings, respond to RFIs, address structural questions, and provide site or closeout support where the project requires it. The objective is to preserve the design intent while helping the team resolve real construction conditions efficiently.
